1. Licence
This End User License Agreement (EULA) covers the Pausera mobile application. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Pausera on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
2. What you may not do
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where that right cannot be restricted by law.
- Remove or alter proprietary notices, or use Pausera branding without permission.
- Use the app to break the law or to interfere with the service or other users.
3. Subscriptions
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year, billed through your Apple ID. Renewal, cancellation, and refund handling follow the App Store rules described in our Terms of Service.
4. Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of your journal entries. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us.
5. Updates
We may release updates, fixes, and new versions of the app. Some updates are required for the app to keep working with our services.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service. Pausera is not therapy or medical advice.
7. Apple as third-party beneficiary
This agreement is between you and the Pausera team, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and handles App Store refunds under its own policies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
8. Termination
This licence ends if you delete the app or if you breach this agreement. On termination you must stop using the app; sections that by nature survive (such as liability limits) continue to apply.
