What happens next
- We confirm receipt and may ask a question or two to verify that the request comes from the account owner.
- We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex we will tell you and explain the delay.
- Deletion removes your profile, journal entries, mood logs, and insights, except limited billing or security records we must keep by law.
- There is no fee for a reasonable request.
Faster options inside the app
- Update your name, email, and preferences from your profile page.
- Premium members can delete individual reflections directly in the journal.
- Cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or from the billing page.
